David Black of Victoria BC has purchased Bastion Development Corporation’s interests in Milltown Marina. David is a preeminent BC business man, founder of Black Press, Canada’s largest privately held newspaper company and an accomplished mariner, with many miles under his keel both globally and in local waters. Joining David on the Board of Directors and management committee of Milltown Marina is Captain Matthew Cote, his brother in law. Matthew is the founder of Milltown Marina, who then along with Bastion and the Musqueam Capital Corporation, brought the marina to a reality.

Captain Matthew would be happy to get onboard and show you the ropes on the basics of docking and safe operation of your vessel. One or two informal sessions at no charge will go a long way to make you feel comfortable in enjoying our wonderful coast.
