Drystack Storage

Keep your boat safe from the elements in our enclosed drystack facility. Benefit by reducing your vessels depreciation and maintenance costs. Our drystack storage facility is suitable for boats from 18’ to 32’.  Launches, haul-outs and work bunk moves are easily requested by the app SpeedyDock. Operational staff are on site 7 days a week. Unlimited launches & haul-outs are included in your monthly drystack fee.

Included in Annual Drystack Contracts:

  • unlimited launches and haul-outs
  • first & last trailer lift
  • 2 free round trips to the work bunk (1st day on the bunk included)

Additional Services (Prices Effective April 1st 2024)

  • roundtrip to workbunk – $105 + GST
  • work bunk – $32 + GST per day
  • trailer storage – $135 + GST per month (trailer must be under 27′, tip to tongue)
  • storage lockers – $125 + GST per month (currently waitlisted)
  • trailer lift – $170 + GST per lift

Drystack Process

Check tides - we cannot launch or haul out boats below 1.9m on the Middle Arm tide chart. If the water is too low we will have to wait until it is high enough. Make sure to put in your launch request in advance of this to ensure your boat is in the water for the time you want.

Check weather & planned route for your own safety

Create a request in your SpeedyDock App or at speedydock.com and choose the desired destination of your boat e.g water/ work bunk/ cleaning station at least 1 hour prior to request time (first operation 08:45, last 16:40).

If launch requested -
  1. Your boat will be moved out of its designated space using a cantilever forklift
  2. Placed on the lift & lowered into the water
  3. Your boat will be tied up to the valet dock facing away from the lift

When you return -
  1. Tie boat up at valet dock facing towards the lift and hit "I'm Back" on your SpeedyDock App
  2. Your boat will be lifted & using the forklift moved back to your designated space

Schedule your launch on your SpeedyDock app at least 1 hour prior to your desired request time (first operation 08:45, last 16:45).

Create a launch request to your desired location – if you choose “water”

  1. Your boat will be moved out of the drystack using a cantilever forklift
  2. Your boat will then be placed on the lift & lowered into the water
  3. Your boat will be left tied to the valet dock facing away from the lift

When you arrive back

  1. Leave your boat tied up at the valet dock facing towards the lift and hit “I’m Back” on your SpeedyDock app
  2. Your boat will be lifted & returned to the drystack with the forklift

Note:

  • Rates are determined by overall length from the tip of the bow / anchor to the end of the motor / swim grid / any other kind of extension.
  • Note that the height is from the bottom of the hull to the highest point; bimini / hardtop / radar
  • Our lift can accomodate boats up to 11,000lbs dry weight
  • Power boats only, we cannot accommodate sail boats in drystack or on the lift
  • Your boat cannot stay in the valet dock for extended periods of time and must be moved by 9am if it has stayed overnight
  • Annual contracts run from the 1st of April to the 31st March the following year
  • Monthly contracts available – 30 days notice on the first of the month prior to which you want to leave to end the contract
  • Waitlist – The earlier you add yourself to the waitlist the higher your chances of securing a slip! There is no fee to add your name to our waitlist.
