Quayside Marina is a Private Marina. As such, all visiting boats must check-in with the Dock Master or Marina Office upon arrival. The Marina Office is located on the north east side of the marina in the brown floating building. Marina Staff monitorVHFChannel66A.
Please ensure you return the Security Gate Fobs to avoid being charged a $100 deposit. After office hours, the Key Fobs can be returned to the marina office mail slot or black drop box located at foot level at the Long Dock gate at Davie Street.
Moorage is charged for the overall length of the boat (LOA). Including swim platforms, bow pulpits and dinghies on davits or in the water.
All vessels must have proof of boat insurance to dock at Quayside Marina.
Living aboard a vessel is not allowed at Quayside and is strictly monitored.
Absolutely no docking on Strata Common Property. Marina Staff will assign the Tenant a slip upon arrival.
Consumption of Alcohol is not permitted on the Public Transient Dock.
NO WAKE ZONE – All vessels must be operated in a cautious, Seaman-like manner within the marina.
All garbage shall be properly wrapped/bagged and placed in the proper garbage and recycling bins provided by the marina.
Private garbage containers are not permitted on the docks.
Used oil/fuel, batteries, propane bottles, boat renovation materials must NOT be left on the docks or in garbage bins.Please contact the Dock Master for the appropriate disposal locations.
Absolutely no Sewage or Oil discharge is allowed into False Creek. Please contact Marina Staff for Pump Out system operation instructions and assistance. Phone 604-681-9115 or VHF 66A.
Oil Spills must be reported to the Marina Staff Immediately. After hours, report the spill to the Coast Guard 604-666-6011. The boat owner is responsible for all clean-up costs.
Absolutely no loud music or noise is permitted. Please respect our Residents’ and Neighbors’ Quiet Enjoyment of their property.
Generators and Motors must not disturb the occupants of adjoining berths.
Absolutely no cycling, skateboarding, rollerblading and no operation of motorized vehicles on the docks.
Children must be supervised by an adult and non-compliant swimmers must wear a life jacket while on the docks.
Absolutely no storage of items on the docks. Walkways must be kept clear at all times.
For Sale signs are not permitted on Vessels moored in the marina.
Residents and Guests are not permitted to give unauthorized persons access to the private areas of the marina.
Absolutely No Berth/Strata Lot shall be used for commercial purposes. Chartering is not permitted.
Unsupervised pets are not permitted on the docks and any animal deposits are the responsibility of the animal’s owner to clean up.
No Vessel shall be moored so that any part thereof is overhanging the dock, floats or walkways that may represent a hazard to traffic.
Shore power electrical cables and fittings must be in good condition.
Electrical cables and hoses must not cross the walkways creating a trip hazard. Tenants must coil the cables and hosesneatly and only use the shore power receptacles in the assigned slip’s pedestal.
Unauthorized vessels and dinghies will be padlocked to the dock or towed away at the boat owner’s expense.
Vessels moored at the Marina shall remain at the Owners risk and the Strata Corporation shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused or sustained by any vessel.
